During your 15 minute consultation we'll go over your cake design in detail. Ask questions! We will gladly answer any questions or concerns you may have.

​

We'll sketch up your cake together, guided by your reference pictures and event vision. We will finalize the design entirely, right down to every detail.

 

Everything you've envisioned will be drawn in a sketch which will serve as a blueprint to create your cake.

Customer Contract

Booking, Deposits and Payment

 

All orders must be booked at least 72 hours prior to the due date.

 

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total price of the client’s order will be required for all orders exceeding $150. The remaining balance must be paid 72 hours prior to the due date of the client’s order. Any payments submitted after this time will be subject to a $50 late fee. 

 

All orders under $150 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

 

Booking dates will not be guaranteed until a deposit has been submitted. 

 

If the client’s final payment has not been submitted, the client will not receive their order .

 

 Any changes to the size, style or flavors of the cake must be communicated at least 72 hours prior to the due date.

 

Allergens

 

The client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to notify us of any allergies, food sensitivities, or lifestyle needs.

 

Design Concept

 

Every effort will be made to craft orders as close to customer-provided reference material as possible.

 

Due to artistic expression, available equipment, copyright and photo editing, exact replicas are not a realistic expectation and will be intentionally avoided. 

 

If flowers are provided by an outside source, we will arrange up to 20 for free. One dollar will be charged for each additional flower. 

 

Due to textures, mixture of materials, and fluidity of the presentation of the cake, changes may have to be made during the decorating process.

 

Client understands and acknowledges that fresh flowers are not food products and might contain pesticides, insects and other contaminants. 

 

On occasion we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to the client.

 

Pickup/Delivery

 

 We will not be responsible for any damages that occur once the product has been transferred into the possession of the client or the client’s representative.

 

All orders are made as fresh as possible. Even so, If the client arrives for pickup later than the agreed-upon time, or chooses to store their order for later use, we will not be responsible for any defects or alterations to any part or aspect of the order. 

 

Cakes contain real butter and dairy products, icing will melt if not kept at optimal temperature of 70 degrees or below. Cakes should be kept refrigerated if event startup is more than 30-45 minutes after setup.

 

We will deliver orders for a base price of $35 plus $2 per mile over 15 miles. 

 

Cancellations

 

 If the client needs to reschedule, a 72-hour notice is required as well as the new date of cake order. We cannot guarantee that the subsequent date will be available for the client’s event. 

 

 In the event that we are forced to cancel an order ourselves, a full refund will be issued. We will spare no effort to honor our commitments and provide quality products.

 

      We value our customers and will do our utmost to rectify any situation that falls within these terms.
